FOUNDER & COACH OF PAMELETII PRO FITNESS & LIFESTYLE

With over 12 years in the fitness industry, Pamela Pereira is a movement expert, athlete, and lifestyle mentor.
Originally from Brazil and based in Dubai, she holds a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and a postgraduate in Sports Medicine.

Her journey includes a black belt in karate, years as a handball player, 9 years as a competitive CrossFit athlete, and experience as a bodybuilding competitor.

Today, she trains as a hybrid athlete, combining strength, endurance, and functional performance through CrossFit, Hyrox, and strength training.

Through Pameletii Pro Fitness & Lifestyle, Pamela coaches clients worldwide from busy professionals and parents to beginners and individuals over 40 with personalized, sustainable programs that fit real life.

Her mission: help you build lasting strength, health, and confidence, without quick fixes, no matter your starting point.

Simone is a proud member of the Pameletii Pro Fitness & Lifestyle team. With over 15 years of experience, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach. She specializes in strength training for women, helping them build muscle, confidence, and long term healthy habits.

A competitive CrossFit athlete and mother of three, Simone brings a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and motivation to her coaching. She understands the real challenges women face and offers personalized guidance rooted in results and consistency.

She works exclusively with clients in Brazil, both online and in-person, and believes that fitness goes beyond the body it’s about mindset, self-respect, and building a lifestyle you love.

Camila is more than a nutrition coach she’s a mindset shifter, a lifestyle strategist, and a guide to helping people build a lasting, healthy relationship with food.

With a strong academic background and years of hands on experience, Camila specializes in real life nutrition coaching that works for real people not just athletes or fitness fanatics. Her approach goes beyond calories and macros. She helps clients understand their bodies, break through limiting beliefs, and create nutrition habits that support their goals long term.

Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, increase energy, improve performance, or simply stop dieting for good Camila is here to help you cut through the noise and build a personalized, sustainable plan that fits your routine and lifestyle.
